This Project took advantage of a 1.4-acre parcel in Aventura, Florida which was purchased and assembled by Rieber Developments. After carefully studying the area, it was decided the best use would be a 100-key Hilton Hotel (The Serena Hotel) with attached 40,000 sqft of medical offices which includes ample retail space on the ground floor. With the project being across from a major hospital, it was a guaranteed success.
